New Threads reveal release date and share new song for upcoming self-titled LP

Well, the cat is out of the bag. New Threads is releasing their self-titled sophomore LP on May 11, 2018. And here to introduce you to the new era of the band is the album's third single (following "Alcohol" in January and "Body" in March) "Now & Then", a slower track that was released alongside an incredible music video directed by Trevor Wright (who also directed videos for the previous two singles). The album features 11 songs and will be the first album released via Pink Hat Records.
The album, which was also the debut album for Pink Hat Studios in Murfreesboro, TN, clocks in at an impressive 42 minutes long. The track listing features some live fan-favorites, including "California Bound" and "KEEP'EMOUT!", as well as other tracks that have been teased throughout the recording process such as the Johnny Rockets-esq "Money" and the ska-punk themed "Stay Away".

New Threads share Trevor Wright-directed music video for "Body"

In the second music video directed by Trevor Wright this year, New Threads travel to Barfield State Park in their hometown of Murfreesboro. A wild hike through the woods is not complete without a cigar and some leftovers from the previous hikers in the latest New Threads music video.

Lead guitarist Nick Cheater is slapped prior to his "rippin' solo" (coined by Jacob Keplinger in the song's lyric video last month) by drummer Justin Siegel, who was slapped in the last video for "Alcohol" by bassist Daniel Suarez. The song is the first released by New Threads on Pink Hat Records and has performed well on the band's official Spotify profile.
The song can be downloaded for free on the band's official webstore as well as at any digital music retailer.
